-You have the right to speak to a Lawyer.

-You have the right to a phone call to inform someone of your arrest.

-You have the right to medical help if needed.

-You have the right to toilet and shower facilities.

-You have the right to know the charges you are being held on.

Legal Advice

You can only be held for 30 minutes unless longer is authorised by the courts. While in custody you can be searched and all your posessions will be kept. Illegal ones will not be returned. You are allowed to speak with a lawyer.

If you need help you are allowed to request assistance from the custody staff to appropriately arrange your rights and answer questions. You should have access to a bed during your time in custody.
