DEVGRU Operators will be selected from SEAL Team Operators, once selected they will have to pass two phases of training.

Phase One will involve a Background Check, and will require the potential operator to write an essay on their history in Special Operations.

Phase Two will involve fact checking the essay to make sure it is factual, afterwards if proven to be factual the trainee will be assigned to SEAL Team 6 (DEVGRU)

If a trainee does not wish to Operate in DEVGRU, they must speak to their former Team Commander about their desire for a transfer back to their original Team.
