Background
1. The mortgagor will be registered as owner of the estate located at the region xbai in Viridis
2. Anything currently in the region or anything changed or added inside it is covered by this agreement.

Payment
3. the mortgagor agrees to pay the mortgagee the amount of $140000 when the region under mortage is given to him by the mortgagee.

4. The mortgagee has to return the amount of $160000 to the mortgagor at the 8th of May 2018 or earlier

Discharge
5. When the mortgagee pays the amount stated before to the mortgagor (8th of May or earlier) the mortgagor will return the property to him

6. The mortgagor is not allowed to sell or transfer the region to anyone during the mortgage.

Failure to follow the contract
7. If the mortgagee does not pay the money until the 8th of may the property now belongs to the mortgagor and he has all rights over it.

8. The mortgagee can not use the property for any illegal activities. This includes hostage situations, using, selling or keeping drugs and anything else that is not allowed under the laws of Vindex Nation
