(All information is from Sam's Forum Post, if you want to read every detail of why to vote for her then go read it. I might leave out some information but all the main ideas will be included).

1.) Sam is focussed on decreasing RDM dramastically. This will most likely stop RDM training, which are a waste of both time and money. RDM will only occur during an RDM day which will be held once each month, RDM will also take place during organized

attacks or events. Sam is aware that many people are fed up with the constant RDM purging the streets 24/7. Hopefully if Sam's ideas work this will gain the rebels more supporters.

2.) Sam will also be stricter with her rebels. All rebels will be expected to respect higher ranked rebels at all times.

3.) Sam wants to influence Vindex's people to join the Rebel Army for the right reasons, not to just RDM.

4.) Sam will provide supplies to the Rebels that can't afford weapons, food, or ammo. AND MOST IMPORTANLY SNACKS!! :D

5.) Increased training is another thing that Sam wants. Sam is on most of the time and will host most trainings, but if not there will be Drill sergeants to take over. Sam wants there to be at least one training each day so that the rebels are prepared to

protest and FIGHT!!

6.) Sam would like to create new tiers, and training for each tier, and also create a RSEF (Rebels Special Elite Force). Which will be for people over tier 5.
Things will be more organized, with special jobs that

rebels can choose. Here's a list of details from the forums.
Snipers- Sniping from high ground.
Scouts- Scan area rebels are about to attack
Assault- Front liners on the ground with Thompsons and such.

Ground- Front liners back up with guns.
Medics- Cure, ammo, food, water, potion, etc. providers.
Warriors- Melee fighters.
