Section 1) Those involved in this contract are: DriftedWoods, and Toonnyy. This contract states that Toonnyy will be renting the region of House out for $75,000 per 2 week period with the rules as follows...

Section 2) Any crime that happens on the region of House can result in the removal of the occupant and renter without refund for the current renting period. The renter will be forced to pay DriftedWoods $5,000 if this happens.

Section 3) Destruction of property will be when the owner of region does not permit the change on the region! A fee can range $50,000 to $200,000 depending on the extent of the damages.
Also, to make minor changes the occupant may pay a small fee w/ perm.

Section 4) If the Renter wishes to have a friend added to the region, the person can be added with a cost of $7,500 per person! This can range depending on the amount of people being added.
1: $7,500
2: $14,000
3: $20,000 etc

Section 5) Price change per renting time may change, If you rent 2 weeks it will be $75,000. If you rent an additional 2 it can be $85,000 as this does not give others the opportunity to experience the luxorious property for their own time.
