Mutual Business Agreement.
This doccument's purpose it to create a legally binding agreement between two parties:
Younginn & Tony_DiNozzo. Failure to comply to the terms of this contract will result in a breach.

Both parties have agree to a rental agreement in which Younginn(Tenant) will pay Tony_DiNozzo (Landlord) $2,000 weekly in exchange for use of the property. Additional, terms have also been set that BOTH parties must abide by. Failure to do so, will void the agreement.

Description of property: The property both parties agree to engage in this transaction is located at West Hedge Mall. Coordinates :

The terms below are the responsibility of the tenant.
The tenant shall NOT
1. Alter property other than their own.
2. Steal from other shop owners.
3. Create exterior changes without permission of the landlord.
4. Sell/harbor illegal items on the premisis.

Notice:
If the tenate fails to obey these terms, it will result in an automatic removal of the premisis without refund of outstanding prepaid rent.
Reason of contract termination must be provided.

The terms below are the responsibility of the landlord.
The landlord shall NOT
1. Restrict access to the tenant while rent payments are up to date.
2. Wrongfully evict the tenant.
3. Access private property of the tenant without permission (e. chests).

Notice:
If the landlord fails to obey these terms, they will be liable for compensatory damages or replacement of items. The settlement amount shall be determined by the Viridis Court System.
Proof of damages must be provided.

Notice:
The tenant/landlord agreement can be cancelled at any time if both parties mutually agree.
If the cancellation is placed, the tenant is owed any prepaid rent that has not been exercised.

In signing this contract both parties agree to the terms of the agreement and will recieve a copy along with provide TwiistCo. Law to hold in the event of a lost contract.
