INTRODUCTION

The purpose of this handbook is to act as a guide to those new or returning to the field of law enforcement.
Throughout this book you will find info regarding making arrests.

MAKING ARRESTS

As an enforcer of the law, arrests have to be made. When making arrests, you should always add the suspect to the wanted list, if possible, just in case you lose the suspect or die. This let's other officers >>

know that the suspect is wanted and what for, you cannot arrest someone without knowing their charges. The goal is to bring the suspect to the prison center in Westhedge
(1023, 63, -1432).

After cuffing someone, you want to do /911b 10-40. By doing this, you alert others that the prison needs to be secure as you are enroute with a detained suspect.

When secure they'll respond 10-50

If not, they'll respond 10-60. If the prison is not secure, go to the nearest police station and await for 10-50.

When you get there, consficate any illegals like drugs and zipties, if they have them.

Take the detained suspect into the center and through onto the boat. Here you will tell the suspect their charges.

For example: "Bob charges are murder, open carry, evasion"

There is a red concrete pad on the boat, you drag the criminal onto this pad to arrest them.

After this you log the arrest: /arrest <player> <charges>
Then remove them from wanted list.
