Report: 6/17/17
A new report came from Seawall City (Bank area) where several civilians used poison potions and the outdated "Tea" drink to kill themselves to escape officers. Later today, a similar event took place at the Prison.

It is recommended that the DOJ handle this situation. Telling President Silversmith and having items such as those a bannable offense would work. Too many criminals are escaping justice, and many officers are tired of actions such as these.
