Pier Rental Contract
-------------------__Jesus__ will rent the property pier, he will be added to the property as long as anyone he wants to be added. By signing this contract you agree to the terms that follow. Period: 25/10-2019 to 25/12-2019.

The terms they will have to follow is stated down below and by signing this contract they agree to follow them.
-You may not build, destroy or operate under water level.
-You may not destroy or change the exterior of the pier.

-You may not destroy or change the rollercoaster
-You may not destroy or change the EXTERIOR of the brick building by the entrance nor anything infront of it.
-You may decorate the property however you like.

-You can make a business out of the property however you like.
-You can/are allowed to add ex: chests shop in the restricted areas excluding the rollercoaster, for example in the brick building you are allowed to decorate it and use it as a
