Welcome to the official employee handbook for The Force Bar and Grill. In this manual, you will find all of our rules and regulations, as well as our policy towards the public. If you're reading this, you've been selected to join the team here @ The Force

First, let's check a brief history of the venue. The Force was started by two local law officers, LyleStyle and Xvader364 in 2017 to offer something new in Vindex. The Force honors those who serve and ALWAYs gives a discount and great service to our law

enforcement and our military. The Force is aimed to entertain our patrons as well as tend to their needs. As an employee here, you will be expected to have an outgoing attitude towards other staff and patrons. Failure to do this will result in termination

Our menu and entertainment schedule changes daily. You are expected to when you come in for your shift to be sure to be updated on the scheduled events and meals for that evening.
You are allowed to recieve tips from patrons while you're

on your shift. We have a strict dress code police and you will be asked to wear the blue armor while you are working, so you can be identified as a employee.

Doorman/Security:
By far one of the most important jobs. This is performed by guarding the front door, stage and all areas. Especially when the venue is loaded with patrons. Vindex has become a very dangerous place and we want to maintain the highest

level of security for our staff and patrons. Guards will be armed (concealed carry) while working. I will detail safety and emergency instructions later on.

Servers/Bartenders:
Your job is to take care of our patrons. They take care of us so put on a

smile and make them feel welcome. You're allowed to recieve tips from patrons but always bring the money from the bill back to the manager on hand as soon as it's received. Failure to do this will result in termination and possible prosecution. Servers

aslso should have some knowledge of how to handle things in the kitchen. Nothing fancy, just the basics.

Promoters:
Your job is to bring the people in. Using chat, word of mouth, rounding people up, ect. You are paid a small flat rate and make comission

for every person that comes through the door. Your job also depends on your ability to bring people through the door.

Emergency Procedures: Vindex has become a dangerous place. In the event of a shooting or takeover, security will enable lethal force. Stay low and proceed towards the inside of the bar area. The manager on hand will have glass and put the protective

barrier in place. Stay behind bar until police can arrive or until situation is diffused. Basic staff is NEVER required to stand off against someone in the event of an emergency. Security will be in place. Any guards on duty will also be able to lock

behind the stage in the event of an emergency.
