The following is a rental agreement and contract stating that Sherlock1010 is renting the top floor of the region "coffe" in Seawall City, Vindex Nation.

By signing this contract, Sherlock1010 agrees to the following terms.

1. Sherlock1010, on behalf of the UN, has agreed to rent the top floor of coffe for the minimum time of one month, at the cost of $30,000 per month.

2. After this rental agreement has expired, the tenant can request to extend their rent for

up to three months at the same cost of $30,000 per month.

3. If the tenant does not wish to extend their rent, they can end this agreement after their lease has ended, and will have a time of three days to get their items in order to move out.

4. As per this rental agreement, Sherlock1010 will not be added to the region, but only the chests inside of his unit. More chests can be assigned if requested.

5. Interior design changes can be requested by the tenant if desired.

6. The tenant will have access to amenities within the building such as Parking rights outside, Roof access from his or her unit, and a free meal once per week at the restaraunt located on the first floor.
