I, KiwiTheSloth, under the corperate entity, "Kiwi's Converse" understand that I should not grief xbai, break the terms of this agreement, or fail to pay rent. If I do any of the above, the owner of the property holds the right to remove me from his

property after letting me know and giving me 1 week's time to move my stuff out. In return for this clause, I also understand that if Srikarthecraft1 removes me from above and I am not breaking any clauses above, I am able to request to be added back to

the property. Rent shall be discussed beyond this contract, but willl in the end result in a base-rent of 400 per month.
