Contract (tt16)
1. The signer may not sell the property without explicit permission from its previous owner (ThatPreston or Muchas_Garcias)
2. If the signer sells the property without negotiating with the previous owner,

the previous owner is entitled to all of the profit and an additional $200,000.
3. If the signer wishes to sell the property and the previous owner agrees, the previous owner is entitled to a mutally agreed upon percentage of the profit.

4. If the signer does not log on for an extended period time, they must return the property to the previous owner for holding.
5. The signer is legally bound and must pay any and all fees stated in this contract.

6. The signer agrees to every term on this list (1-7) and understands that if the terms are violated they will be legally prosecuted.
7. The previous owner must be added to the property at all times, however if they steal or interact

with the property in any way they must pay the current owner in damages.
