I Zaetoven has agreed to trade my region Modernmansion and $100,000 for the region House owned by Iron_Ashes. Iron_Ashes will get modernmansion and 100k and Zaetoven will get the house.
Zaetoven shall give Iron_Ashes 1 hour to move his stuff from

the region house, along with his horses. Iron_Ashes shall give Zaetoven 1 hour to move his stuff from Modernmansion to the region house.

If anyone scams the other party by not doing what was agreed on the contract the party that broke the terms

will be taken to court, and both the regions and money will go back to the previous owners. In this case; Iron_Ashes owner of house. Zaetoven owner of Modernmansion and the $100,000.
