This contract affirms that MEDCOM, on behalf of the Armed Forces of Vindex, requests resources from DHHS to strengthen the Department Of Defence and to better all of Vindex.

This contract will be valid and repeatable so long as both parties find it agreeable.
ALL transactions in process at time of cancellation are still valid.

Responsibilities of MEDCOM
MEDCOM will make a request of DHHS that is objectively reasonable to expect DHHS to be able to complete said request.
MEDCOM will pay in a timely manner

Responsibilities of MEDCOM
MEDCOM will pay the resource cost that DHHS payed to obtain the resources
MEDCOM will pay a 3.5% finders fee
MEDCOM will provide security/protection for and transaction thereof upon request of DHHS

Responsibilities of DHHS
DHHS will answer any reasonable requests made by MEDCOM
DHHS will transfer requested resources to MEDCOM in a timely manner

Responsibilities of DHHS
DHHS will aid MEDCOM in ensuring all payments to DHHS are the amount as outlined in this agreement. Any payment accepted by DHHS as complete will be considered complete even if a discrepancy is later found.

Penalties if breached
If MEDCOM were to ever fail to pay DHHS the agreed amount for requested resources by the agreed time, they would pay an extra 1.75%

Penalties if breached
If DHHS were to ever fail to provide MEDCOM with the proper amount of resources requested by the agreed time, MEDCOM would get an 1.75% discount

Cancelation of contract
In the event this contract were to be discontinued, it would need to be approved by the current standing leader of MEDCOM, SecDef, SecHHS, and whoever in DHHS

is currently responsible for the transfer of resources to MEDCOM. All involved would sign a Cancelation Contract that would then need to be approved by the President and/or Vice President.
