1. The UCAM is a union for politicians & congressman who wish to have a more united congress.

2. The UCAM will have a president and vice president at all times. The President and Vice President do NOT have to be congressman, but they must be congressman when they are elected to president or vice president.

3. Recruiting is up to the Vice President, but can be done by the President.

4. If you join the UCAM as a politician or any position that is non-congressional, you will not participate in meetings unless invited until you are a congressman. This is exempt to the President and Vice President, but the two may not vote on bills

within the Union unless they are congressman, they will solely recruit and hold meetings.

5. The UCAM Is where congressman can attend a meeting every wednesday and show their bills to the Union. They can talk to other members and see what they can change to the bill to benefit people more.

6. No member can be removed from the UCAM without a 2/3 Majority Vote, unless they have been in UCAM Under a week. At that point of time, the president has the right to exile a member.

7. If all congressman signed and the union is created, then the President will be WindsOfEurus and the Vice President Elections of the Union will be held on Monday, October 23rd.
