An EMS call will either be made in 911b or global chat.
If the request is made in 911b, respond with 10-17
If the request is made in global chat, respond with 'coming' or 'on my way'

After calling a 10-17, you use your ambulance, or helicopter when licensed, to go over to the scene. Once you arrive, call a 10-23
You first asses the situation, and when it is safe to do so, start reviving the patient

Once they get up, you call a Code 19 in 911b
If the patient died before being revived, call a Code 18 and state the cause in 911b
After reviving the patient, add them to

your ambulance using /car unlock
Tell them to get in the ambulance and call a Surgeon to the ER in global. Start driving towards the hospital and call a 10-17 in 911b. If needed, call Code 17 to get a police escort.

Once you arrive at the ER, you call a 10-23
Get the patient on the hospital bed, a sugeon will preform surgeryn and your job is done.
