REPORT:
The Soviet Uprising (U.V.S.R.) is a communist movement which is quickly gaining momentum in Vindex
Nation. The movement aims to see Vindex overtaken by their communist regime, and has begun staking and
defending claims on Vinish soil

Outsiders are enticed to join the movement by the promise of a room in Kingston, and access to food dropped from Soviet aircraft.
Several large-scale revolts have taken place recently, several of which required police and military intervention.
