I, JohnWarosa, agree to serve as the Warden for the Department of Justice for a period of two weeks. During those two weeks, I acknowledge I can be fired with or without cause, and I relinquish my rights under the Honda Act to sue for termination.

During those two weeks, I will be evaluated and monitored, and, if I meet satisfactory performance standards as per the Attorney General, I will be permanently hired as Warden, with Honda Act protection, at the end of the two weeks.

I understand that I will be allowed five employees, including myself and a Guard Captain, if applicable, and I may not appoint more employees past that. I may not appoint a Deputy Warden. I will abide by the laws of Vindex Nation, and uphold only the

duties of the Department of Corrections, which does not include general law enforcement. Failure to abide by this is grounds for termination. I will also be privy to classified and confidential information that belongs to the

Department of Justice. Leakage of this information, especially from our Records and Information System, will result in immediate termination and I can be liable for an amount of damages not exceeding $100,000 Vinish Dollars, with a minimum of $10,000.
