By singing this contract, SatireShadow agrees to lease out the upper dining area/bar in his region garage for $5,000 a month. The signature of this contract approves on both ends this transaction and the renter is required to pay by the end of the 7 days

with a 10% increase of rent due that week if it is late. SatireShadow may increase rent reasonably overtime but the client may also deny rent increases and be given 48 hours to move or negotiate a new rent cost.

Lease period ends in 3 months from now, Novenmber 4th, 2020. In which case a new lease period can be discussed.

If the property is sold, this contract shall be part of the

transaction towards the new owner. This Book should be copied and signed by the new owner, and a copy provided to Triple G Enterprises.

The stated $5000 per month in the beginning is mean't to be $5000 per week. All things after this correction are to

stay the same abiding by the weekly payment plan.

A security deposit of $10,000 will also be given to SatireShadow which will be returned at the end of the leasing time assuming no issues come along regarding griefing or ending the

4Greedo, Suurfer, and gintanam3 have to be added to the property during the lease period.
