Article 1: Upon the passing of this bill, it is to be illegal to loiter in any government facility for longer than 5 minutes.
Article 2: If a citizen loiters in a government facility for more than 5 minutes, they are to be escorted out or arrested-

depending on the threat they pose to the facility.
Article 3: Failure to exit the facility after being ordered to may result in being arrested and/or being banned from the facility for up to two weeks.
