Article One
Section I
I. All legislative Powers herein granted shall be vested in a unicameral legislature, that is the Congress of the Vindex Nation, which shall consist of a

House of Representatives moderated by the Speaker of The House. There always will exist a Representative body elected by the Vinish people. No Branch or Department of Government have the power to dissolve nor should ever directly influence for wrongful

reasons the aforementioned Representative body.
II. In the event were the Legislative Branch to overstep or commit an act deemed Unconstitutional or Unlawful, the Judicial and Executive Branch reserves to power to review said Action and

revert it if found to be in violation of this Constitution. Likewise, the Legislative Branch reserves the power to step in and review actions by other Branches of Government, in the event that the Judicial or Executive Branch commits an act deemed

possibly to violate the Constitution.
Section II
I. The House of Representatives shall be composed of 2 Members of Congress for each city of a state, one of which who is a

Representative to run for office and be freely elected by the People and the other be a Congressman voted on by the People from a selection decided by the Speaker of The House and neither process shall have any interference by any other Branches

or Departments of Government unless it is in violation of the Law or Unconstitutional.
II. No Person shall be a Representative who has not attained at least one month of playtime, 2 months free of criminal activity, and is not a permanent

citizen of Vindex Nation. Unless permitted by the Speaker.
III. When vacancies happen in any District, the Speaker of The House thereof shall issue Writs of Completion to fill such Vacancies temporarily until the ongoing term is over.

IV. The Speaker of the House of Vindex Nation shall be President of the House Of Representatives, but shall have no Vote, unless voting is equally divided among Members in the voting process.

V. Every Bill which shall have passed the House of Representatives, shall, before it become a Law, be presented to the President of the Vindex Nation; If they approve they shall sign it, but if not they shall return it, with his Objections to that

House, who shall proceed to redraft it if desired so by the House. If after such Reconsideration â of that House shall agree to pass the Bill it shall become a Law. But in all such Cases the Votes of the House shall be determined by Yays or Nays as any

other bill regularly would. If any Bill shall not be answered by the President within 30 Days after it shall have been presented to him, the Same shall be a Law, in like Manner as if he had signed it.

Section III
I. Congress may at any time by Law make or amend this

Enumerated Powers
1. To lay and collect taxes, duties, imposts and excises, to pay the debts and provide for the common defense and general welfare of the Vindex

Nation; but all duties, imposts and excises shall be uniform throughout the Vindex Nation;
2. To borrow money on the credit of Vindex Nation;
3. To regulate commerce with foreign nations, and among the

several nations that are allied with Vindex Nation.
4. To establish a uniform rule of naturalization, and uniform laws on the subject of bankruptcies throughout the Vindex Nation;

5. To provide for the punishment of counterfeiting the securities and current coin of the Vindex Nation;
6. To promote the progress of science and useful arts, by securing for limited times to authors and inventors the

exclusive right to their respective writings and discoveries;
7. To define and punish piracies and felonies committed on the high seas, and offenses against the law of nation;

8. To declare war, grant letters of marque and reprisal, and make rules concerning captures on land and water;
9. To raise and support armies, but no appropriation of money to that use shall be for a longer term than two years;

10. To provide and maintain a navy;
11. To make rules for the government and regulation for each department of Vindex Nation.
12. To provide for calling forth the militia to execute the laws of the union, suppress

insurrections and repel invasions;
13. To provide for organizing, arming, and disciplining, the militia, and for governing such part of them as may be employed in the service of the Vindex Nation, reserving to the states respectively, the

appointment of the officers, and the authority of training the militia according to the discipline prescribed by Congress;

Impeachment
1. The House Of Representatives shall have the sole power of impeachment. When on trial for impeachement, they

they shall be on Oath or Affirmation. When the President of the Vindex Nation or a member of his Cabinet is tried, the Chief Justice shall preside, if they are not able to then a judge chosen by the Chief Justice shall do so. If the vote is a tie, the

Chief Justice or presiding official will break it. any other government official outside of the Cabinet shall be impeached with a two third majority from the House of Representatives.
2. Judgment in Cases of impeachment shall not extend further

than to removal from Office, but the Party convicted shall nevertheless be liable and subject to Indictment, Trial, Judgment and Punishment, according to Law.
