Prisoner's Right's Bill
After sentencing all rights to prisoners will be indefinitely suspended. They will not have the right to counsel, they will not have the right to speech, they will not have the right to appeal their sentence, and they will not

have any other rights previously granted to them.
Clause 1A
If any rights were stated during sentencing and approved by a ranking official then those rights will be granted.

Clause 1B
If any rights are granted during the sentence by server officials then those rights are granted as well.
The prisoner has no option but to serve the entirety of his/her sentence

Clause 2A
If a ranking server official grants a pardon then the sentence can be completed early.
Clause 2B
If a ranking official diminishes sentence then the prisoner can be released early.

If the warden and 1

official (President/Vice President) agree to release for parol/good behavior then the prisoner can be released early.
These are the only rights ranted to prisoners. The rights are granted if and only if the above points are met.
