By signing this contract you(party 2) agree on the following terms that applies for renting the agreed spot at garage.
I agree not to steal or disrupt from any place Im not authorized at.
Party 2 is responsible of paying rent in time.

I may only have access to certain areas if there is a police investigation on going & the propety owner IronRolay(Party 1) is offline or unavailable.
If Im guilty of growing drugs of any kind (party 1) may kick out (party 2).

If the second party has been kicked out no refund is required but can be offered depending on situation.
If the second party has been kicked out or if their rent has expired party 1 may claim the items as property of the mall.
