On the date of 9/6/21, a VIA training was held to prepare for Operation Rochambeau. While the target of this operation was not known to any but Sherlock1010 himself (to the best of my knowledge), it was later revealed to me that the target was former

President Davinho. Operation Rochambeau was an exfiltration operation, aimed at finding and detaining a certain "corrupt politician." aBrody, against direct orders from former President Davinho, was appointed as a Senior Special Agent in the VIA, and led

the Directorate of Foreign Affairs. This position entails all information gathering and foreign relations. Presumably, to keep this a secret from former President Davinho, aBrody was an untagged agent and did not hold the VIA tag in-game. Because of this,

on the day of the training, aBrody could not enter the White House due to his lack of permissions, and thus an agent was required to handcuff and drag him inside. This was the true reason for his being in the White House against the explicit orders of

former President Davinho, as he helped to lead the training preparing the agents for Operation Rochambeau. This operation was planned due to the finding of what I believe was infected syringes in a property owned by former President Davinho. Instead of

taking this finding to Congress, Sherlock decided to take matters into his own hands - Operation Rochambeau was to occur after the presidential inauguration, after former President Davinho gave up his President tag and had little of his former executive

power. In addition to this, Sherlock1010 was also careful in ensuring that agents were pressured to not respond to former President Davinho's questions and were to either ignore them or state that we had no idea of what was going on.
