The Holy See and the Republic of Vindex Nation,
Have agreed as follows:
Article 1.
The Holy See and Vindex Nation shall, on the day this Agreement enters into force, resume diplomatic relations with each other and shall

exchange diplomatic representatives as soon as possible.
Article 2.
This Agreement shall enter into force at the time of its signature.
