(Leave it sizzzling for 2 - 5 min)
After zhat
Put it in a barrel for around 2 min. Then you have a bottle of FINE BEER. (Leave it in the barrel longer for more drunkiness)

Leave it in for 2 to 5 min
Put it in the barrel for about 2 min and you would get a bottle of wheat bear. You could also make fine bear if you let is sit for a couple more minutes. (LBT = More drunkiness)

Vudka
10 Putatos
Leave it in there for 3 min. After that extract it when it is at 3 min and find your nearest brewing stand. Then put a glowstone dust on the top slot and put the 3 bottle of potato brew in the bottom 3 slots and there u go.

Note for vodka and other distill required recipes that barrel time does not seem to work on the drinks. On the other hand it actually ruins the vodka drink you brewed.

Absinthe
15 Grass
Brew it in for 3 min. Extract the brew and put the bottles in the brewing stand to distill. After that you get 3 bottle of Absinthe. Enjoy! and prepare to get seriously drunked.
(Putting in barrel ruines the bottle)

Golden Mead
6 Sugar cane
Leave it in the pot for 3 min.
Distill it in the brewing stand to make it into mead.
(Note ; Putting in barrel makes the drink become ruined.)

Spicy Rum
14 Sugar cane
Leave in cauldron for 5 min and take it out.
After that put it in to distill and you get 3 bottles of spicy rum.

Golden Rum
After creating your spicy rum you can leave it in the barrel for a couple of minutes and it will turn into golden rum.
However, for this drink it seems like leaving in the barrel for a long time will make it become spicy rum again.

Effects : Just like normal water except an improved type of water.

Boiled Water
Put a bottle of water into a furnace and you get 1 bottle of boiled water.
Effects : Improved water gain (25%) Normal water is (20%)

Effects : Acts just like other unique drinks. (Not much changed and still gives 20% water gain)

And last of all... Ruined potion...
Just find a way to ruin your brew either by putting a distill drink in a barrel for a long time or just put the wrong ingrediant in :P. Its simple and the brew will act just like normal water.
