Synopsis:
A_Hawk_ requested that an investigation be started into why vigilantes are bad at driving. Detective Pred and Wrangler questioned four individuals to find out.

According to Nighttwing, vigilantes drive recklessly because they are always in a hurry, to fight crime and save the city.

According to Batgirrl, the reason she is bad at driving is because she is a woman. Further investigation will be done into other female vigilantes to corroborate this finding.

When questioned, Batmman did not give any answers. He started menacingly at the detective leading the interrogation. He did not object to any other claims from the other informants.

According to Spxce_, vigilantes drive improperly because they are always in a hurry to meet up with the VPD's mothers, as they often send the vigilantes nudes. No vigilante denied this.

Conclusion:
Vigilantes have insufficient driving skills because they are either constantly burdened by their job and responsibilities, or because they are women.
