By signing this contract I agree to all of the following terms written throughout this book. If any issues arise, staff must act based on this book and on the standard Vindex rules.

I cannot sell the 'Kingston' property without the permission of Vigilance AND Thosey (even if their usernames, or the name of the property changes).

I cannot un-trust Vigilance or Thosey from this property at any time, and I cannot remove their lock signs, or steal from them in any form.

I cannot edit the floors of Vigilance or Thosey without their permission. (This includes anyone that they request to be added to the property). If I or anyone I add steals from them, I must refund them for what they lost.

Thosey and Vigilance cannot edit my floors without my permission, and they cannot steal from me. If they steal from me they will repay me for what I have lost. (This includes anyone that they request me to trust to the property).

If Vigilance or Thosey request me to trust someone to the plot I must trust that person. The trusted member MUST follow these rules. If they do not, they will be held accountable for the rule they broke and will repay the victim accordingly.

I may trust anyone I wish to the property, however anyone I add must follow the rules provided by this contract.

If Vigilance AND Thosey give me permission to sell the property, I must pay them the PERCENTAGE of the payment I recieved that they originally put in.

If Vigilance AND Thosey give me permission to sell the property but I sell it for less than the original purchase price ($2,200,000), I must pay them the difference to make up for their loss.

If I give ownership of the property to anyone other than Vigilance or Thosey, that person MUST abide by this contract.

If I choose to quit Vindex, get banned, or leave for an extended period of time (4 Months, aka 130 days) without notifying Vigilance or Thosey first) I must give ownership of the property to Vigilance or Thosey.

If either Vigilance or Thosey is perminantly banned, leaves without warning (after 4 months, or 130 days) or quits, their percentage of the property will go to the other (i.e Vigilance quits so thosey now has 45% instead of 27%)

If a member of this agreement quits, is banned, or is gone without warning (for 4 months, 130 days) their input will no longer be requied for any decisions. (i.e selling the property).

If I quit without giving ownership of the property to Vigilance or Thosey, a staff member will manually give one of them ownership. (Who recieves ownership will be decided by Thosey and Vigilance).

If both Vigilance AND Thosey are banned, gone for 4 months, or 130 days, or quit then the property becomes 100% owned by me (iSkywars, or whoever I have chosen to own it).

If I am caught breaking any of these agreements, I will repay Vigilance and Thosey 100% of what I have done/taken/owe them.

If Vigilance or Thosey are caught breaking this contract they will repay me (iSkywars or the owner I have chosen) 100% of what they have done/taken/owe.

If this building is somehow taken from my posession whether it be by a staff member, or if I am hacked, I agree that Vigilance and Thosey will be repayed the original amounts of money they put into the tower.

If I lose ownership of the property due to something Vigilance or Thosey has done (and I have not done anything against/stated in this contract) I will be repayed the amount that I originally put into it.

Let it also be known that any typos in this contract should be taken as the word they closest resemble.
Let it also be known that the word 'property' can be associated with the words 'plot' 'building' or otherwise in this contract.

Let it also be known that the word 'added' can be associated with the wored 'trusted' (i.e Vigilance wants <username> added to the plot = Vigilance wants <username> trusted to the plot).

The words and ideas presented in this contract have been saved to a file. If this contract is altered in any way by the party who signs (iSkywars) a new contract will be written and iSkywars will be held accountable.
