SECTION 1- Briefing
To the President of Vindex Nation,
If you are reading this, you have made the decision to authorize the usage of Advanced Weaponry against a select target. This book will serve as a guide throughout the

initiation process.
SECTION 2- Initiation
To initiate the usage of advanced weaponry, there are three basic steps you must take.
Step 1- Establish contact with the appropriate people.

This should include, in order of priority:
Priority One:
-The Vice President
-The Director of the Vindex Intelligence Agency
-The Secretary of Defense
Priority Two:
-Operators within the National Advanced Weaponry Program.

Priority Three:
-Any person recommended to contact by a Priority One contact.
After making contact, discuss the location of attack and the attack plan, all provided in the informational booklets. After this, you are ready for step two.

Step Two- Officially relay the attack plan to the Director of the National Advanced Weaponry Program. In order to carry out this step, please do the following:
-Confirm your attack plan and location.
-Relay the three authorization codes,

provided within the shulker.
After this, you are ready to move on to step three.
Step Three- Issue the final confirmation order to the Director of the National Advanced Weaponry Program. This will be the final oppurtunity

to retract the attack order.
Once you have given the confirmation order, the attack will be carried out swiftly by operators within the National Advanced Weaponry Program.
