The Designer shall provide an interior design service for the 7th floor of the United Nations HQ,

The designer shall be compensated for $20,000.
The designer, under any circumstances whatsoever, may not build upon, access chests, or in any way alter anything outside the 7th floor of the building.

Violation of this contract shall be compensated with an amount to be decided by the Employer for up to $50,000, as well as criminal penalties as deemed fit by the Department of Justice.
