The following Writ of certiorari is being filed on behalf of the the plantiff and prosecution, Ryanbrock suing the President of Vindex (executive branch) for unlawfully setting taxes. This case should be accepted and held directly at the Supreme Court

Level as should any case were the president himself is being sued and this case is a constitutional issue. This Constitution states only the Legeslative Branch solely holds the power to tax. However, the President set taxes by using the

Department of Tresuary resolution which gives the Secretary of Tresuary and the President the power to tax. This violates the constition and by the president setting the taxes without going through congress makes

all current taxation illegally and such law a violation of the Vindex Constitution.
