This contract applies exclusively to any product(s) from WireCo’s WireTech stores located at any of WireCo’s locations. These locations are any listed under the name of the owner WirelessPotato. All the clauses listed under this Terms and Conditions

contract are punishable accordingly if the contract is breached.

This contract defines properties of WireCo as any properties under the owner WirelessPotato.
This contract defines WireCo as the company ran by WirelessPotato.
This contract applies exclusively to WireTech stores.

This contract defines WireTech stores as any electronic stores under WireCo.
This contract defines consequential damages as the act of a Product changing or damaging.

1. No Resale. The Products at WireTech stores are available for purchase for Buyer's own personal use or to give as a gift, only; resale or replication of Products purchased under these terms is a material condition to Buyer's rights, and it is agreed

that any direct or indirect distribution, transshipment and/or sale of Products by Buyer or others purchasing through Buyer will be a material breach of these Terms and are subject to lawsuit by WireCo for compensatory damages and financial loss.

2. No Refunds. No Products purchased from WireTech stores are refundable for any reason such as loss, theft, or spontaneous change/damage of Product.

3. Consequential Damages. WireCo or WireTech stores and affiliates are not at all liable for any consequential damages of the Product purchased from WireTech stores.

4. No Replication. The replication of any of WireTech’s Products is not allowed under the Terms of this contract. Replication of a Product from WireTech will result in the confiscation of the original product to prevent further duplicating as well as

monetary reward to the party at loss, in this case WireTech.

Any breach of this contract will result in possible civil lawsuits and monetary award to the party at loss as well as other legal punishment decided by the court of Vindex Nation.

By signing these Terms and Conditions, you agree the person this contract is signed by is the same as the Buyer’s of the Product this contract came with and agree with all the policies.
