I agree with the free market. If a Real Estate agent sells a homes4sale for 100k, no one is going to buy it unless it's good enough to sell for 100k (Which I cant imagine, but still!!) If there was a real estate agent price cap then the Real TURN TO NEXT

Estate agent job would collaspe. ecause they buy houses and make them better and sell them for higher. A property sell tax would only hurt Vindexcraft
