Caused by a lot of things. Right-click the patient with a bandage to cure them.

Broken Legs
-------------------A player could get a broken leg if they fall too far down. To cure them, give them a leg splint and tell them to right-click on it somewhere they can build, like a property they own/are added to.

Bad Temeratures
-------------------A player's normal temperature is 3 to 5. If that is not their temp, tell them to go somewhere hot/cold, depending on if their temp is above or below 3 to 5. Temperature (and diagnosis) can be found in /health.
