According to law 5 of the list of Vinish laws it states simply, "Do not drink and drive" which is interpreted as to not drink whilst driving or do not drive intoxicated after drinking. This is one of the most commonly known laws and is widely accepted but

I am proposing to edit the law to instead say "Do not drink and drive" to now say "Do not drive while intoxicated or after consuming drugs that alter one's vision, ability to percieve distance, or alter one's state of mind".

ban driving after taking drugs because they often may have similar or worse affects to drinking, affecting one's ability to drive safely.
