Article 1: It is illegal to own/use a false ID.
Use of a false ID will result in the card being ocnfiscated and the suspect being imprisoned.
Article 2: A False ID is an ID card with untrue information-

Ex: Gooeypenguin lives in seawall city but his address is listed as addersfield, he can then be arrested for having a false ID.
Article 3: A stolen ID is to be considered a False ID, anyone who presents a stolen ID to an officer is to have the card-

confiscated and they are to be arrested.
