Article I: Police officers may set up a checkpoint on frequently visited roads when given permission by a Department Leader, Deputy, the Police Chief or the Attorney General.

Article II: In approach of a checkpoint, citizens are to slow down and follow the instructions of the police officers. Ignoring a police checkpoint will result in being arrested.

Article III: Citizens are obliged to show their ID at a checkpoint. Failing to comply will result in being arrested.
Article IV: Police officers may search the vehicle and do a simple test to see if the driver is drunk.

Article V: Checkpoints can be used in search of wanted criminals.
