It is hereby declared by President DixieNormousLXIX that the Joint Special Operations Command (JSOC) is to be established with General Dylan Skenes (Sprinklesdude) appointed as commander.

shall report directly to the President of Vindex Nation to carry out any mission necessary to protect the security of Vindex Nation and its peoples.
The order further declares the establishment of Delta Force to be an elite army special operations unit,

and the Naval Special Warfare Development Group (DEVGRU) as its naval counterpart, both falling under JSOC.
The official missions of Delta Force and DEVGRU include but are not limited to: Counter-terrorism, direct action, hostage rescue,

special reconnaissance, and internal investigation. Both units will specialize in unconventional warfare, using whatever means neccesary to protect Vindex Nation's security interests.
In order to ensure the protection of

the sensitive information of these units, all information regarding JSOC, Delta Force, and DEVGRU will receive SECRET clearance levels, and all members will be vetted to receive such clearance. Further, any information regarding these units is not to be

released to any non JSOC, Delta Force, or DEVGRU personnel without the express written consent of the President or JSOC Commander.
This order is to be executed immediatly by the Power of President DixieNormousLXIX
