Said Max, one of my best friends. I quickly slipped on black leather boots, and ran out, to catch up with me friends. "Cassie! How are you?" I said, remembering that I hadn't seen Cassie in 2 months, as she was on vacation. "Uh, great... You?"

She sounded bored, as usual. "Okay, I guess, but not for long..." I replied. "Oh, quit it, girls" Said Baxter, who was fiddling with a zipper, "We all know that we're gonna die in a few days..." He always thought of the worst senario, in every situation.

the house. As we walked home, laughing about our ridiculous mistake, we noticed that the town seemed empty. "Wait... Where's Cassie?!" Max said, suprised. "Right here!" Cassie said loudly as she raised her hand. "Phew, I was worried for a seco-" Max was

interrupted when I stopped all of us, and looked at them. "Where's Baxter??!!" I said, worrying. We all frantically looked around, and were extremely confused. I could tell that we were all shaking. We continued home in silence, hoping that no one else

would disappear. When we got home, I locked the door, then turned around and said quietly, "Woah, for a second I thought all of you would be gone and I would be by myself. Glad that-" I gasped and stopped in my tracks, seeing no one else... I was alone.
