Immunity
Due to the nature and relationship of our alliance with the Government of Hakuna, of which shall remain classified until deemed necessary, I, as Emperor of Vindex Nation, declare the following.

The following individuals until stated otherwise by myself verbally, or enacted in an Imperial Decree, shall, in perpetuity, be granted Immunity from Vindex law, whilst performing in their duties as diplomats and Ambassadors to Vindex Nation.
