War Policy

War is defined as one country battleing another country over ideals. A war can only be ended when both leaders have come to a consensus and a treaty is signed. In Vindex Craft the only entity that can declare war is the president.

Congress may vote to have a declaration of war drawn up but only the president may sign and declare war. War can be declared for any of the following reasons: terrorism, theft, murder, assasination of a public official, attempted assasination.

Breaking laws per country law, etc. To declare war the president must sign a declaration of war drawn up by congress. The VP nor the Speaker have the power to declare war. A world war is defined as multiple countries declaring war on each other.

Prisoners of war will only be exchanged at the end of a war per the signed treaty. Again only the president has the power to declare and end war. During war the chain of command is as follows:
1) President, 2) Vice President, 3) Speaker of the House,

4) General of the armies, 5) Commandant, 6) Squad leaders, etc. Stepping out of the chain of command will result in immediate court martial, dishonorable discharge (if enlisted) and treason charges.
