Basics:
When joining the Army, you start out as a Private. You will be trained at Fort Bragg and given the chance to choose the division you plan to work in. Each division is specialized in different lines of work.

The Army has 4 main divisions.
Infantry
MEDCOM
TRADOC
AAC

Infantry
The Infantry is a group of soldiers specialized in fighting on the ground. They are trained in combat and are often more organized than the rest of the soldiers during wars.

MEDCOM
MEDCOM, or Medical Command, are the Army's combat medicsm doctors, and evacuation team. They keep us alive and healthy as well as ensuring our safety in and out of combat situations.

AAC
AAC, or Army Air Corps, are the Army's eyes in the sky. They deal with transporting troops to warzones using aircraft and also feeds us info as they specialize in reconnaissance.

TRADOC
TRADOC, or Training and Doctrine, is dedicated to training the Army's enlisted and teaching them how things work in the Army as well as working to bring new recruits into the Army.

Why should I join?
The Army provides great opportunities as well as allowing you to access new jobs, should you excell in the Army. This could mean leadership roles in other departments, or even VIA.
