This contract states I,Echocrafter have taken out a loan of$30,000 from TriTunes and will pay him 36,000 by 6/31/15and if i do not pay TriTunes back by the previously specified date i am subject to a late fee of$5,000

If i do not pay this within a month of the date of which i should have payed the loan, I may be permanently banned or have to pay 4x what i owe (loan and late fees) and this is Tritune's choice. (Tritunes=Brenann)
