The Opening of the Committee for Commerce shall occur on May 19th, 2018. This book is to contain all information in regards to the committee.

All members of the Committee must be invited by the Secretary of State. The Committee is Presided by the Under Secretary of State for Economic Growth, Energy, Environment, and Management (EM)

While the Vice President of the Committee is voted upon by the Representatives. Assistant Representatives may not vote. The purpose is the committee is to voice their interests and problems to the Department of State.

They are also allowed to vote on selected decisions that are commerce-related.

The Duties of

The Vice President
===================The President is incharge of giving Meeting reports to the Secretary of State. This is usually included in his/her weekly report as Under Secretary to the SECSTATE

The Vice President's responsibilities entails: assisting the president in overseeing the committee, ensuring regulation is abided by, co-presiding during sessions and becoming the Acting President when the President is not present.

The Vice President only assumies responibilities as President of the Committee, not as Under Secretary of State.

The meeting place will be in the region "deptofstate", formally known as the Haddad State Center. The Committee may be placed on a "hold" or "recess" for any stated time by the Secretary of State.
