In agreement on how money will be spent and used together.

When towerf1 is purchased for 4mil by Legacy9, derqs, Bananas_3000, Arrrmo, and ClarkNewman they agree on Legacy9 giving 2.8mil, derqs giving 75k, Bananas_300 giving 800k, and Arrrmo giving 225k, and ClarkNewman giving 100k. Section 1.0

When towerf1 is purchased they will all be added to the property but can only make big changes when Legacy9 fully agrees. Towerf1 will stay under Legacy9's name unless he decides to give it to someone else.

If towerf1 is sold Legacy9 will get 70% of the money, Bananas_3000 will get 20%, Arrrmo will get 5%, Clarknewman will get 2.5%, and derq will get 1.8%.
