-rules
1) you may not extended, edit, build, or place anything outside your property walls.
2) if you do so, you will be taken to court for breaking this contract.

3) you may build anything you would like in the apartments, yet don't make it an eye sore- if so, you will be kicked out. (NS)
4) You HAVE to pay your rent of $5,000 every month, unless you aren't planning on staying another month. (S)

5) you have to be active, by this i mean come on at least one a week, and be active in the discord.
6) if you decide to not extended your rent, clear everything inside your apartment walls, and take it with you. I will remove you

from the region and discord after you move out.
7) please by nice and respectful to everyone else renting out, and ask me (whalecome) if you have any questions in the discord.
