EMPLOYEMENT AGREEMENT

This Employee Agreement is effective as of 04/14/2020 between JustLiisa (the "Employee") and Premium Designs (the "Company") and constitutes the whole and complete agreement between both parties.

No other agreements, representations or understandings not expressly set forth have beenmade or entered into by either party with respect to the subject matter hereof.

(A) Position.
For the term of this Agreement, the Company agrees to employ the Employee as an interior/exterior designer. The duties include the designing and building of the interior and exterior portions of buildings and other spaces, and other duties

as assigned.

(B) Obligations to the Company. During their employment, the Employee is exclusively restricted to complete interior/exterior design work within clients of the Company, only as an employee of the Company.

The Employee may not complete interior/exterior design work outside the scope of their employment with the Company.

(1) Interior/exterior design work includes, but is not limited to, the actual or proposed designing, drafting, modeling,

construction, or creation of interior/exterior spaces, buildings, landscapes, or rooms, or consulting, contributing, assisting or advising such work, for profit or for any valuabe consideration.
(2) Should the Employee engage in interior/exterior

design work outside the exclusive restriction of this contract, they shall be liable th the Company for the amount of pay or valuable consideration received for such work, in addition to double the damages.

(C) Salary

The company shall provide valuable consideration to the Employee in the amount of 88% of costs and fees charged to clients for completed interior/exterior design work done by the Employee. Interior/exterior design work assigned to the Employee shall be

completed when such work is physically constructed or delivered to the Company and materially adheres to requirements of the assignment.

(D) Bonuses
The Employee shall be entitled to twice yearly bonuses during their employment, in April

and in December, in an amount and such form as determined by the Company.

(E) Term
This Employment Agreement shall continue in force in perpetuity until terminated by either party. Either party may terminate this contract without cause by 72

real hours' written notice, in game or on Discord, to the other party. The Employee shall be due all valuable consideration for completed work within one reall week's time after termination.

(F) Company's Successors
This Employment Agreement shall be

binding upon any successor of the company.

(G) Modifications and Waivers
No provision of this Employment Agreement shall be modified, waived, or discharged unless the modification, waiver, or discharge is agreed to in writing and signed by both

parties. Failure to enforce a right under this Employment Agreement shall not be considered a modification, waiver, or discharge of any provision of this Employment Agreement.

(H) Severability
If any provision of this Employee Agreement becomes

or is deemed invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, then the remainder of this Employment Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.

(I) No Assignment
This Employment Agreement and all rights and obligations of the Employee hereunder are

personal to the Employee and may not be transferred or assigned by the Employee at any time. The Company may assign its rights under this Employement Agreement to any entity that assumes the Company's obligations hereunder.
