Chapter 1 - Fixed Wing Aircraft (Airplanes)
- Within city limits, you may only land on certified runways, landing on roads or buildings is illegal!

- All fixed wing aircraft's must stay at a minimum of Y - 100! flying noticeably lower than this limit will get you warnings from the local police, and may warrant an arrest if you continue. You may only go below this limit if landing or taking off.

NO FLY ZONES FOR FIXED WING AIRCRAFT:
- Fixed-wing aircraft may not fly over any military installation unless given permission by that base.

- Fixed-wing aircraft may not fly over VindexCity (uptown) unless over the water. This is to prevent accidental or purposeful collisions with tall buildings.

- Fixed-wing aircraft may not fly over any government building unless given special permission to do so by the head of the department who is in control of said building.

- Fixed-wing aircraft may not fly over the World of Wonder theme park.
- Fixed-wing aircraft may not fly over the penitentiary.

Chapter 3 - Hot Air Balloons.
(Hot air balloons are under the same laws and regulaitons as helicopters / rotary aircrafts)

Chapter 4 - Enforcement.
- If flying over military installations without permission, jurisdiction is with the military, they may either call upon local police, or shoot the aircraft down if necessary.

- If flying over government buildings without permission, jurisdiction is with the Secret Service, they may either call upon local police, or shoot the aircraft down if necessary.

- Anywhere else is under the jurisdiction of local police.
- Before shooting any aircraft down, you must have warned the aircraft several times (at least three). Or there must be an immediate threat.
