Book Keeper:
Is the Mob Bosses enforcer. Acts as the Mob Bosses secretary, handling the Bratva account, making payments to all mob employees, calls players, tracks all mob business finances, and receives payment from all profit.

Underboss:
In charge of managing all crews. Ensuring that each crew has a sufficient number of workers, that each crew is doing its job, and that no crew is cheating Bratva on their finances.

Lieutenant:
They are responsible for managing a crew, for requesting additional crew members from the Underboss, and making sure that profit reaches the Book Keeper.
Pay: 40% of profit

Soldier:
These are the grunts of the Bratva. They perform crew duties assigned by their Lieutenant. They are in charge of making sure profit reaches their Lieutenants.
Pay: 20% of profit

Associate:
Contractors that are in charge of fulfilling their contracts.
Pay: 50%

Racketeers:
They protect streets of paying "clients", and kill "clients" that fail to meet their payments.
